The TOP 5 BEST Apps For ADHD Productivity

“Seriously? Did another hour just go by? I haven’t even gotten out of bed yet! Ugh, it feels like my phone is taking over my life.”

If this sounds anything like you, then you’re going to as happy as I was to run across some of the most helpful apps for those of us with ADHD. And just a heads up, because I have an Iphone, these are going to mainly be IOS apps (though some are also on android).

So, let’s jump into this!

APP #1/5: Opal

YOUR ISSUE: Mindlessly scrolling, on your phone too much, distracted.

THEIR SOLUTION: Blocks apps you find distracting in a way where you'll have to type a reason why you want to use the app. It makes it harder for you to just randomly scroll because of the extra effort.

APP #2/5: Things

YOUR ISSUE: Unorganized, have a million ideas, forget everything.

THEIR SOLUTION: It's like the next level version of your "notes" app. Get reminders, create categories and subcategories. My favorite app to use.

APP #3/5: Forest

YOUR ISSUE: On your phone too much, unfocused

THEIR SOLUTION: You set a length of time you want to be off your phone. Watch a forest grow on your phone. If you touch your phone, the forest dies. But if you leave your phone alone you'll have an actual forest and the app creators actually plant a tree in the real world!
